By creating an account or using ShrimpLi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
ShrimpLi is an aquaculture farm management platform that allows users to:
- Log and monitor pond activities and water quality parameters
- Track feed schedules and inventory
- Record harvest data and generate analytics reports
- Manage multiple farm locations from a single account
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@aquanote.app of any unauthorized use of your account. ShrimpLi is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use ShrimpLi for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the service without written consent
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of the farm data you enter into ShrimpLi. By using the platform, you grant ShrimpLi a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the account settings page.
8. Limitation of Liability
ShrimpLi is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShrimpLi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
