- Farm Data: Pond activity logs, water quality records, feed and harvest data you enter
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and session duration for improving the platform
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security purposes
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the ShrimpLi platform
- Authenticate your identity and protect your account
- Send important service notifications and updates
- Generate anonymized analytics to improve features

3. Google Sign-In
ShrimpLi uses Google OAuth for authentication. We only request access to your basic profile (name and email). We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services. Your Google credentials are never stored on our servers.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), role-based access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers (e.g., Firebase/Google) strictly to operate the platform
- Legal authorities if required by law or to protect our legal rights
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and farm data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
